Analyzing Quotations

Task:With a partner, examine the following quotes about finances. Choose two of the quotes that you like, or agree with and circle them. Explain them in your own words on the lines below.

  1. You can be young without money, but you can’t be old without it.’’- Tennessee Williams It means that being young you can work because you have the ability to do it, but being old you need to have money because you might have to pay someone to take care of you, or to buy medicine too.
