The verb "to apply"

This week, we discussed the action verb "to apply" and its various definitions. We also looked at how to conjugate the verb in the simple past, present, and future tenses. 

• Create one (1) post that explains what you know about the action verb "to apply," and write three (3) sentences that use each definition of the verb. (as a request, to smooth or spread, to give one's full attention to a task)
